При запуске игры на CPU в котором количество потоков больше 8 она либо сразу вылетает, либо будет бесконечно висеть в фоне.
Это можно исправить, ограничив количество доступных потоков CPU для игры.
Для этого делаем следующее:

1. Находим папку с игрой, нам нужен файл с названием lcgol.exe,
   по умолчанию расположен в
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light
2. Создаем ярлык и помещаем его на рабочий стол
   
3. В свойствах ярлыка, на закладке «ярлык» необходимо изменить поле «объект», дописываем в начало
   %ComSpec% /C start "" /Affinity FF
   .
   Должно получиться что-то вроде такого:
   %ComSpec% /C start "" /Affinity FF "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light\lcgol.exe"
   
   
4. Нажимаем ОК и запускаем игру с помощью этого ярлыка

When you run a game on CPU with more than 8 threads it will either crash immediately or hang in the background indefinitely.
This can be fixed by limiting the number of available CPU threads for the game.
For this we do the following:

1. Find the folder with the game, we need a file named lcgol.exe,
   by default located in
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light
2. Create a shortcut and place it on the desktop
   
3. In the properties of the shortcut, on the "shortcut" tab, you need to change the "object" field, add
   %ComSpec% /C start "" /Affinity FF
   to the beginning.
   You should get something like this:
   %ComSpec% /C start "" /Affinity FF "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light\lcgol.exe"
4. Click OK and launch the game with this shortcut
