Painkiller Reload - is a global hardcore mod, designed to modernize an old game, that is almost 17 years old! Both companies have been completely reworked, levels atmosphere has been partially changed, not deviating much from original game, gameplay has been slightly reworked, overall complexity of game has increased) Do not stand still and jump more often to prolong your life!

Weapon has been significantly redesigned both externally and functionally, new combo shots, upgrades and, of course, new weapons have appeared. To further increase the power of your arsenal, collect upgrades scattered throughout game in secret places. In addition to this, player can strengthen himself and seven magical artifacts, each of which has its own abilities that help in battle.

Mod included levels from the official Reccuring Evil addon and a few new ones, scattered throughout the chapters according to their style, to completely fill the level selection board. The number of Tarot cards available to the player has also increased accordingly.

Some tarot cards have been redesigned, and new cards have also appeared in order to diversify their properties as much as possible.

Mod is recommended for play on a high difficulty level in order to see maximum changes and get most emotions! On easier difficulty levels, some levels will be closed and some functions of mod will be unavailable.
