Welcome!
Hello there user,

I have made this guide on All modules, parts, and a basic Beginners guide.

This is a wip.
Components
-------- Component Manufacturers ---------
There are currently 7 component manufacturers in the game. This overview will provide a simple look at each and its general characteristics.

ConnexT - Better Than Nothing. Bargain bin prices, but you get what you pay for: garbage. Only buy if you can't afford something better. Wears out fast enough to make their barrel-bottom price something of a trap.

Octan - Budget Performance. Surprisingly good efficiency, power, and noise for the cost. Significantly tougher than, and superior to, ConnexT for slightly more money. Arguably the best balance of price and performance for most parts.

Ventarii - Brute Durability. They are even more durable than Octan components, though their durability comes at the cost of performance. More expensive than Octan overall, though only good if you don't want to replace parts often.

Arakaki - The Middle Ground. More efficient than Octan or Ventarii and has a lower power usage but more cost. Average noise output. A decent choice for most parts.

Xiao Sa - Efficient but Loud. Provides good efficiency and power usage in exchange for high noise output. Fairly durable as well, suitable for use in systems where noise doesn't matter. Overall good choice for your money.

Elander - Silence is Golden. One of the big fish, Elander components are efficient, low waste, and most importantly... *quiet*. However, the cost reflects the performance, and a complete Elander kit will quickly break the bank. A must-have for systems that need high performance and low noise.

Harris-Wilson - Performance over Stealth. The other big fish, H-W components, are pure efficiency; noise is damned. Slightly less expensive than Elander on average, and it is a perfect choice for noisy systems that need the most performance squeezed out of them. H-W kit will break the bank only slightly slower than Elander, however.
