Backing up your save-file manually by copying it into a different folder on your pc (so that you can copy-paste it back into the original folder) is the only way you can be certain to restore your files in case something happens to your save. Also in Steelrising if you back up your save before the points of no return, you can always pull out your back-up save in case you wanted to do things differently (or need to enter the DLC after completing the game, without having to replay up to bastille) :) Its very simple, go to :
C/user/username/onedrive/dokuments/steelrising on your PC. Then copy-paste the files into a different folder.
Wupti-doo now you have a back-up.
