rp_isolation_fix | Navmesh

One of Turtleey's best maps, long since in a semi-broken state on the Workshop, fixed a year ago by Howl. To my disdain it didn't have a navmesh and generating one was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ impossible due to memory leaks and how patchy the map was. Now I have fully built one from scratch and a few generation workflows.

This took approximately fourteen hours to set up

• A fully functional and optimized navmesh for rp_isolation_fix.
  
• A map thumbnail since the original lacked one.
  
• All the horror of the original, with the mobilization navmeshes bring.
