5th Avenue Book Store

A quick and simple asset, its an old brick book store, made by using a facade photo texture, its not the most detailed of buildings but if you are looking for yet another old timey commercial filler building then this is perfect for you.

Its based on a book store on 243 Dundas St in London, Ontario. Its not a 100% recreation as i changed the storefront into something more era appropriate for older cities, and created my own sign texture to make it a generic branded store.
