1-Side Comparator [OLD]

This is an old and unefficient blueprint, do not use it as there are far better methods (use a comparator)

Outputs the value of the comparison "input <= 0". Can also be used to get the value of the comparison "input <= A" where A is the output value of a control signal by replacing the input with "input - A"

Connect the input to the green gate and take the output from the red gate
