Go to a bot game I recommend to chose Dust 2 for the map.

Join Terrorist Side Put The Command "bot_kick" To Console!
Then Add These Commands:
bot_knives_only
mp_autoteambalance 0
mp_limitteams 0
mp_c4timer 60
Then "bot_add_ct" 5 times

Plant C4 and try to get the defuser to die while defusing like i do in the video!

The idea is to get the CT to not have time defuse the bomb in time and die.
This will take some tries to get it but eventually you will make it.
