NPCs are on the "Ultranationalists" tab and will automatically spawn with random bodygroups. Zakhaev's one arm body is a bodygroup.

There's a variation of these that uses a more BDU-ish body and Soviet-era webbing.* Is that already included, or is it something for the future?
