Trap Engine Rework

A minimalist replacement for the default propeller trap engine block model. Uses models from the HL2 propane tank, car battery, and EP2 Charger engine model to improve visual fidelity, while being more or less the same.

I added belts to the battery & propane tank to explain why they're fixed to the engine block. In HL2 they just float alongside it, and even I don't think Grigori is crazy enough to directly weld a car battery and a propane tank. UVs on the engine have also been edited to remove the multiple bits of untextured black spaces present on the original model from EP2. Finally, it includes a skin group for the propane tank as an added feature.

Original materials are used for the model in order to reduce overhead & allow compatibility with client-side retextures out of the box. Only includes the EP2 engine block texture out of necessity to prevent errors.
