Just in case the guide at that link gets deleted, here's what it says:
1.) Open System menu in Settings with ⊞ Win+Pause.
2.) Select Advanced system settings.
3.) In the new System properties window select Advanced tab and click the Environment Variables button.
4.) In the System variables section click the New button and enter these values:
Variable name: OPENSSL_ia32cap
Variable value: :~0x20000000
5.) Reboot or sign out/sign in.
