I found this in the Steam Forum and it helped me and alot of other people so i decided to make a Guide to help others with the same problems.

Ok so it is pretty random but it worked for me.
You have to change paging file size to a recommended size.
Go to This PC - right click on a empty field and choose properties - then press advanced system settings - then in performance press settings - advanced - press change - click automatically manage... off - select custom size and put a recommended amount in both fields -
apply and restart PC.

I have 16 RAM and I set it to 3000 mb since recommended was 2937 mb.

This Guide may or may not help you,other things that helped me reduce Lag was turning off Shadows,Enabling V-Sync and setting the Monitor i play on to 60HZ.


NOTE: This might not work for everyone! Same accounts for my Guide about how to "fix" the lags and crashes on the Promenade!
