**When a RADAR lock is detected on the aircraft, system will launch chaff. Can also be done manually.
***APODS Will detect the ordinance of the attached utility and determine whether to launch it or whether to send a composite function to use for mounted guns, rocket pods, etc. If the detected utility is the "launch" type, the pylon will automatically cycle after use. If the detected utility is the "fixed" type, the pylon will not cycle until manually told to do so.
