The Maxwell B, I can help you, just raise your left hand until its about level to eye level(Its Where You Can See Something On The Horizon Which Is A Horizontal Line That Is Completely Straight Across, So Where You Can See It Straight), and then rotate your hand until the back of your hand faces towards you, and then a menu will pop-up, there are some tabs below, click on 'Snapping', then find the snapping card, its a square that looks like a card and has the words snapping on it, touch it with your hand, and if it turns gray, you've disabled it, if you need to turn it back on, do the same thing above and it should turn orange.
