install AutoHotkey (https://www.autohotkey.com/)
download the AHK script from here ( https://gist.github.com/BigMichi1/a0b2da2875d860925180326b815a6e93 or copy&paste the content into a local file)
double click the saved script
opening a new picture and position the square to pint into the top left corner
press 0 on the Numpad
watch how the picture gets completed
