Yknow maybe you should make goombas as headcrabs? or some kind of zombie? Just think thats a fun idea, and the koopas could be combine, might I reccomend the normal koopas based off of metrocops, just a fun idea

a idea might be to add hands or gloves for them and body-groups of like hats and such like the pirate or general shy guy

This made me realize how cool it would be to have like a Retro FPS Mario game with a really dark and gritty atmosphere.
