take F to be the output of the fission reaction section...
F * (1 - ((TEMP - 5000) / 1000)) = F * (1 - ((TEMP / 1000) - 5) = F * (6 - (TEMP/1000))
so you could replace the two subtract components with an add component (and remove the third mem component) i think, and since it's the last component that's clamped, it still works
