Two Mini Reactions

Turn vermin remains into fertilizer and oil into fuel!

Reaction 1: Turn vermin remains into potash at the Kiln using the "Make Fertilizer" action.
Reaction 2: Turn oil into fuel at the Smelter using the "Make fuel from oil" action. (This is only a net gain of 3 coke, it's not meant to replace your whole fuel industry.)

I hope these little tweaks help use bits and bobs that normally go unused.
