Walkable Railgun Accelerators and Launchers

Popis
This utility mod allows the crew to walk over railgun accelerators and launchers to the other side.
Loader remains unaffected!

This mod removes only two entries inside rules file, BlockedTravelCells and BlockedTravelCellDirections, should be pretty safe to use with other railgun altering mods.

Feel free to use as a part/basis of your mods without asking me for permission.
Feel free to reupload if game version changes and I'm not around to fix them.

At least this also gives you the chance to add the launcher module as walkable too

After years of using this I only now noticed it doesn't do the Lancher module.. is it possible to get that added so that crew can move through a railgun at any point?
