The apartments seen at the beginning of Half-Life 2, now with a Christmas coat of paint!
Complete with a nighttime snowy exterior, a much more cozy and clean interior, festive lights, and faint Christmas music.

Yeah there's something wrong with the cubemaps, and i haven't been able to figure out what
However typing mat_specular 0 into the console should fix the issue
