Underground heating infrastructure.
1. Forwarding pump 1 -> 1x300m3
2. Spliter pump 1x300m3 -> 3x100m3
3. Heat exchanger 100m3
All of them have only footpath connections, that allows for construction of pipes in between.

No. Underground pipes have better insulation. Just more time consuming to dig in.
