for example (1080, 1920, 1, -1)

ok for anyone wandering..... where it says to put 1920 1080....yeah swap it and it will work, where it says to put the 1920 needs to be at the bottom, 1080 first

I believe I've figured it out. try going into the config file and and changing seta r_aspectRatio "1"
from "0". Apparently, the numeral one stands for 16:9 ratio display like our bountiful 1080p's we have everywhere these days.
