Attach Ramps Anywhere

Adds new versions of wall ramps that allow you to attach them in all locations that seem possible. They are included in the existing list of ramps when constructing so to use them just go to place your ramp and then you can use the arrows in the build menu to cycle to the different versions. The short wall versions should just attach automatically, no need to cycle.

Adds the following ramps:
-Defensive Wall Ramp 2 (Short Wall)
-Defensive Wall Ramp 3 (Center)
-Defensive Wall Ramp 3 (Right)
-Defensive Wall Ramp 4 (Left)
-Defensive Wall Ramp 4 (Short Wall)
