I actually like the idea of small health packs being dropped upon death in koth, most interactions in koth are sorta like 2fort in a really 1v1 DeathMatch-ey kinda way with an actual tolerable objective in the center, so I think more health will get the gameplay going even faster than it already is in Koth.
