2. Turn off and turn on air. Open main entrance
3. Go bottom right and pick up gas mask and note the 2nd part of a code
4. Exit and enter upper left room. Pick up the cup and note 1st part of a code
5. Exit and enter bottom left room. Use cup on anomaly and pick box with radiation sign and note 3rd part of a code
6. Exit and enter upper right room. Use box on the shelf
7. Put ingredients into container in order from 3 parts code using this table:


8. Take the gas and exit from this room
9. Use gas on 4 ventilation crates:





10. Go back to the corridor and exit through the door

Achievement: First Implications - Complete chapter four

1. Enter anomaly two times
2. Open box (code: 425062) to pickup extract and enter next anomaly
3. Enter next anomaly and open box (code: 1310) to take access card
4. Enter next anomaly two times
5. Open safe (puzzle is random but starting positions are taken from a pool)

Click on 4 horizontal switches from left to right to receive this:
Then click 7 switches one time in order starting from top right, down and to left
If you can't get stating positions like on picture above just try to switching until one switch left in any corner
