A simple trade sheet I just finished. The prices will vary most definitely, because of different small buffs. Principle still remains the same: Buy there. Sell there. NEVER BUY IN GOSENBERG.

The ratios seem to be correct, where to buy/sell, if the values are off. Haven't got to EBC yet though. Maybe this is with the trade price buff food?

Any idea why Gosenberg is so expensive? Lore maybe?

Guide is still mostly accurate as best I have experienced so far, FYI...even after recent major updates, include the 1.0 release.
