How to fix most workshop conflicts
Following Unturned's new update, you can simply click "Force Update Check and Repair Files".
How to remove ALL workshop folders
NOTE:
Make sure Unturned is closed before doing these steps, because the loaded mods are in your RAM and will not fix your problem if you didn't close Unturned before doing these steps.

After that, Go to your steam folder, (SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop), delete any occurence of
appworkshop_304930.acf
even the .tmp files.
Do NOT delete
appmanifest_304930.acf
as it will mark your game as uninstalled, and you need to install it again.

Next step, is to verify integrity of game files.
Client and server have different assets with the same ID!
The error:
Client and server have different assets with the same ID! (00000000000000000000000000000000) This probably means an existing file was copied, but the mod creator can fix it by changing the ID. Client display name is "Wood Boat", whereas server display name is "Деревянная лодка [200]". File name "Wood_Boat" matches between client and server. Client asset is from Workshop File (1662206041), whereas server asset is from Workshop File "[Migliore] ItemsPack 5.2" (2012765949).

How it's caused:
Different workshop mods has the same file asset; however both mods have the same ID, making a conflict.
This can also happen with translated mods with the same ID, like wood boat to Деревянная лодка (wooden boat).

How to fix:
Delete the client asset workshop folder just like I told you.
The game server did not receive a response from the Steam authentication servers.
Simply refresh the server list.

Server is running a newer version of the "x" workshop file.
How to fix:
Simply restart Unturned.
If it doesn't work:
Follow "How to remove ALL workshop folders".
Server is running a older version of the "x" workshop file.
How to fix:
Tell the server owner/manager to restart the server.
You were kicked from this server because: missing asset: "x" File: "y"
How it's caused:
Either the server has something inside, or your client has a mod missing.

How to fix:
Follow the "How to fix most workshop conflicts" section.
Modified or corrupted asset: "x" File: "y"
How it's caused:
Either you tried to modified its .dat file, or the server modified the corresponding .dat file.

How to fix:
Go to your 304930 folder.


Search the missing asset name listed in the error. For this error it's "workshop_asset"


Open file directory


Click the workshop ID on the directory, next to 304930.


Click 304930.
Delete that mod.

If it does not work, show the server manager you are joining from to delete the workshop ID you just deleted, at this directory.
This server is running a map you don't have.
How it's caused:
Server doesn't detect your workshop map/you don't have it installed

To solve this:
Do the "Turning off Cloud Sync" first.

Second, follow the unsubscribing to all step.
Third, clear all workshop mods in the 304930 folder.
Fourth, check if there's the map name in the steam folder.
(steam folder)steamapps\common\Unturned\Maps
If the map's name is there, delete it. If it's not then proceed to the next step.

Verify game files.

Note: You may be sometimes stuck on a loop where it says "Starting download" and then 1 fourth of a second later it will say "Stopping download". To stop this go to the downloads tab (middle bottom) and pause the download. Then press X. Verify game files again and it should work.
This server is using a modified version of the map.
How it's caused:
Two different versions of the map you're playing is conflicting.

How to fix:
Close Unturned.
Go to your Maps folder.
(steam folder)steamapps\common\Unturned\Maps
Find the map's name you're having a problem at (The map that the server's using)
Delete the map by Right Clicking, then hold Shift and press Delete.

If there's none / If it does not work:
Remove all workshop folders.
This server has [map] version x installed, whereas you have version y.
There are two cases:
1. Your workshop file is outdated, thus preventing you from joining the server (Server has 2.0, you have 1.0).
How to fix:
Simply restarting Unturned should fix the problem. If not, try deleting the workshop ID in the workshop directory.

2. The server has not been updated yet to the latest version of the mod, therefore not also letting you in.
(Server has 1.0, you have 2.0)
How to fix:
Most of the time, it can be fixed by just restarting the server. If it doesn't work, delete the workshop cache (which is the folder named "Workshop") located at:
For cloud servers: /home/container/Servers/{serverID}
For Windows (your PC): C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\U3DS\Servers\{serverID}

How it's caused:
A workshop map update gets updated, and depending on the scenario, either server or you will have the older version.

If it does not work:
Previously, you may have remembered that you wanted to test a map and edit it. This may cause the issue.
Delete the associated map in Unturned\Maps.
Server was listed without workshop items, but requested workshop downloads.
How it's caused:
The server added a workshop item to download and restarted, while your server list has the old one. (Shows server before adding a workshop item)

How to fix:
Simply refresh the server browser again. (The internet, favorites, LAN, etc.)

If it does not work:
Tell the server owner to restart server.
The Steam anticheat servers are not responding.
It's not your client having the error, just try joining again later.
Failed to load BattlEye client library / Missing BattlEye client library!
How it's caused:
Your antivirus is removing parts of battleye.

How to fix:
Close Unturned.
Whitelist the whole folder of Unturned inside your antivirus.
Reinstall BattlEye.

How to reinstall BattlEye:
Go to your Unturned's BattlEye folder.
(main steam folder)\steamapps\common\Unturned\BattlEye
Double click on "Uninstall_BattlEye".
After it ends, double click on "Install_BattlEye".
You are banned from playing multiplayer.
Did you cheat? LMAO!!!!
If not submit a ban appeal to Battleye.

I am getting the same issue as Frootloop regarding the legacy asset bundle. I would appreciate some help from anyone that knows how to fix this one, as I've really looked high and low for a fix.

Issue stems from having picked up and equipped a Bergen backpack from Hsi-Ku Equipment, I tried deleting both the old Legacy version from my files just in case that was causing issues, I tried deleting the files for the newest version, I even unsubbed while they were deleted and had the server redownload the mod for me and it still is giving me the same asset bundle error.

Here's the exact error:

Server loaded "Bergen Backpack" from legacy asset bundle but client did not! (File: "Bergen Backpack RU" ID: 4ef0fa50be3a42c996c94fb5a37ecd88) Client asset bundle name: "the great hsi-ku arsenal - military equipment master bundle" Client and server agree this asset is from Workshop File "[3.28+]The Great Hsi-Ku Arsenal : Military Equipment" (1629395249).
