Fix is out.
I found the last phone on a wide road near the sign of the city in the style of "Hollywood"

It turned out the 7th phone got moved below the map surface so it's currently not anywhere anyone can get it, but it's fixed on our end and will be in the next patch

Yeah, it's a nightmare
