Lower reinforcement rate

Opis
This mod halves the rate at which units are reinforced, making the results of battles more important. In my difficulty mod I boost AI's reinforcement rate so that this change mostly affects the player.

Yeah, steam forces me to use a picture, it is not a mod that has visual changes hence I just chose some Roman soldiers off the internet. :)
