@twilightramblings Thank you! I wanted a better looking prop bike with variety which is why I chose Ronyx's bicycles but you sure can do anything you like with it! I try to just combine vanilla assets as much as I can as I do not like to download a whole lot of custom assets for myself. I thought "no road access" was essential for these as people may want to turn it or have it as part of other buildings.

Hey, I love your little plazas so much, I found you through Joy Builds Cities and I've put them everywhere, they're so nice and modern compared to the vanilla plazas and boring concrete vanilla ones on the WS.

I love that you made it "no road access", I can think of so many buildings this would look cool beside, like the schools, hospital, train stations, etc.

Also, thank you for specifying what happens if you don't download the required items. I know that most veteran players already know what happens when you don't get the prop in a building but it does make it easier when you're debating whether to subscribe to the required item or not. I'm going to use BOB to use the bikes from After Dark but I can see why you used the prop ones, since it means anyone can use the plaza without needing AD.

Butt if you don't have bikes in the game then where would these have come from?

@TS_Mind_Swept I use the prop bicycles with this. For this, you wouldn't need After Dark, you could disable the vehicle version of the bike and have only the prop version (it will be two assets). Load Order Mod would help with that as you could disable the vehicle in the Load Order Tool before launching the game. Of course if you do not subscribe to Bicycles, the asset is not broken, you just won't have the bicycles in the racks.
