It's a shame there isn't really an artifact specifically meant for throwing / tomahawk builds

@SirLakitu, some items might have random generated placement but it is most likely the issue of new patch messing things up :)

Thanks you for this spread sheet! I like to find the items the first time by myself if I can but replaying and finding stuff I missed has been so much better thanks to this. Also apparently some items didn't show up for me in chapter 1 after starting a new save those being Living Vines, Spirit Bow and Crimson Brooch. I tried finding an answer to this and the best result I could find is someone theorizing is that it's because of the 1.0 update.

Found it-- the Raven Skull Necklace of ch1 is in the northern indian burial grounds, at the southern most tip of the depressed area, on top of a raised burial skiff.

Where's the skull necklace in chapter 1??

Okay, just to share a little advice, I think it should be specified under "Location" in your table whether an item is hidden from view without the Way of the Spirit trinket.

I made the mistake of underestimating the significance of this trinket and am only now realizing(in my second playthrough) just how essential it is to find some of these items.

Your list is missing the "Depths of Tahoe" artifact. Act 1 in the safe in The Fort. It's a Ring that makes it so enemies have a 100% chance to NOT spawn when you die while also making you heal when you attack esoteric enemies but they also do more damage to you in return
