BabyTalk Strings from the Biotech DLC utilizes a customized generation schematic based on Latin alphabect from A to Z, allowing for randomized, funny strings to be generated. However, such design also makes the strings unable to be displayed, let alone translated, for users using a language not based on the Latin alphabet.
As of such, this mod was made to enable randomized babytalk strings essentially for non-English users.
However, if you are a non-Chinese users, you should check the modsetting to make this mod work correctly.

Yiya is a word to describe baby voice in my culture. So you can also call it Baby Babbling.
