During the time of the Second World War, the Lincoln Class-Submarine was known as the most advanced military vehicle and the largest constructed war tank in the entire second World War, that was mainly under command of the United States Army, and not the Navy, and was also deemed as the worlds first Submarine Tank, in history that was introduced in 1942 during the Pacific War, which would later go on to lead to the birth of the Soviet Akula and Yasen Series in the cold war era after the wreckage of a Lincoln was raised from the Bearing sea by Soviet forces in 1959.

The Lincoln-Class Oceanic Tanks commonly known as Ocean Tanks by The Empire of Japan or The U-Tankas described by the British Empire, was a fictional Submarine Tank that was created by the Untied States of America as part of the War in the Pacific, while also serving roles in Eastern Europe during the time of World War II in 1942.

The Oceanic/land vessel would be named after President Abraham Lincoln, who played a vital role in the defense of the United States back in the 19th Century during the American Civil War Era.

The Soviet Union would take inspiration from the Lincoln's Design, which would go on to create both the Akula and the Yasen-Class Submarines, at the time of the Cold War Era from the 1980s to 1993.
