1. Locate recipes.xml file:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Data\Config\recipes.xml

2. Open recipes.xml in Notepad and go to the near the end of the file:


3. Enter recipe as show in picture above and save:

4. In game: You can find new recipes in the crafting menu under Decor/Miscellaneous or searching by name.
