can you tell where you found it? I swear I looked that building over up and down and I can't see the damn thing. It's so frustrating. Literally last collectible missing

i got all of them now! i just got confused and panicked since the building looked different to me without a roof haha i feel silly now. appreciate you and this guide <3!

It is a building with a green roof and a dome. I don't have the roof loaded in the screenshot (I don't remember why). on my old save the building is still there. There is no VR shown on the screen because I collected it before I made the screenshot. I think it's on the roof or between the columns.

the building in pic 5 isnt there anymore, it is a different building now with a different roof and no balconies. i couldnt find the original building elsewhere on the map so i wonder if the spawn is somewhere else now too?!
