1. Locate buffs.xml file:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Data\Config\buffs.xml


2. Open buffs.xml in Notepad and find:

buffRadiation03


3. Enter Ignore Tags:

<!-- On the line above the buff as shown in screen capture below.

--> On the line below the buff as shown in screen capture below.

Save and close buffs.xml after entering ignore tags.

　

4. Enjoy a radiation free map: Don't fall off the world edge, you can't get back up to the surface unless you reload your save, nerdpole or fly.

This WILL NOT disable achievements and works on most buffs i.e.

buffElementCold

buffElementFreezing

buffElementWet

buffShocked

buffDrowning01
buffDrowning02
buffDrowning03
