As of now, it's unclear to me what one has to do to get this achievement. Some people say that you have to get to the top of Chinese skilltree to do better at writing exams, while others say that you simply need to get high EQ and Memory. As a person who never got this achievement, I cannot say for sure.

If you only need to know how to get that achievement, then you should save scum until you get it right. Simply exit to the menu if you get unsatisfactory result and get back into the game.

Another way to get the achievement is to download an old version of the game (you can do that in Steam's game settings), get +10k imagination and make proper choices.

I would appreciate greatly if you help me with any tips you know. It is known that main game stats improve the writing competition, but I'm not sure how.

First

All of the topics give a fixed amount of stats. Some are different when matched with certain themes, while others are always the same. I do not know how these affect final score.

The result is what I got from choosing certain topics and themes together. Anything on the left from equal sign ("=") are stats above 500. The idea is that you're supposed to use Inspirations to improve those stats that are the highest. On the right side is a rough combination of all stats at the end of the writing stage without using any inspirations.

You can find the beta version for this game which is called "goold old times", which is the older version and it would be much easier to get this achievement. 6th generation and >10000 imagination and a proper choice would be enough.

Based on another post I saw the requirements for points were

Nominee 1000pts; Silver 2000pts; Gold 3000pts

I think its actually like this with (knowledge reward points)

500+ Consolation (150); +1000pts Nominee (300) ; +2000pts Silver (500); +3000 Gold (???)

So I'm guessing its the 3000+ to get the achievement. I did manage to save scum about 30 times and got a silver prize. My strategy has been to pick a topic and look at the bonuses and try to pick a style that I think corresponds to that. Then pick bubbles that + or ++ for those even if it comes with a - for a different category.

I've also been trying to get this one and it is a nightmare. I'm on generation 15, top of the Chinese skill tree, and have 7500 EQ and 6200 MEM. I consistently get nominee (150 knowledge reward) and sometimes get the next tier (300) so I'm not sure if I'm just getting bad combinations or if my EQ and MEM is too low at this point. I might try doing another few generations and trying again. I think after the 2.0.0 patch it made this a lot harder since you can't just stack insane amounts of stats/turn since they changed the way traits work. I wonder if this achievement is just significantly harder now than it used to be because of that.
