Recognize the FIXED maps by the Red triangle with an F in them!

Fixed several things and changed some to improve gameplay.

Maps included:
rp_downtown_v2_fixed
rp_bangclaw_fixed
gm_bigcity_fixed
gm_construct_fixed
gm_shambles_fixed
rp_downtown_v2_night_fixed
gm_construct_night_fixed
rp_bangclaw_night_fixed
gm_bigcity_night_fixed
gm_shambles_day_fixed

If you have another "fixed" addon they might override eachother, make sure to uninstall all others first!

you know i love these maps they optimized a lot. also removed the creepy stuff such as te screamer in bigcity

ts map is actually helpful it fixed quite a few issues with bangclaw and construct that i had and boosted my fps on these maps,i approve:eli:
