To achieve this, we will be using only one website for the achievement, Memory Eater, in order to obtain a 100% for this software. I tested this and it should be good to go, additionally this goes the same with me waiting for the Halloween achievement.

Multi-target

Achievement #6: Click the crosshair on Select sight image section and you need to bind the key with RMB, not as RMB. Choose any key lets just say F10 or RMB key, then click any games and press the F10 button, then the achievement should appear instant. This might be buggy for unknown reasons unless it worked without issues for me especially.

Memory Eater
Use an image with width or height more than 1024

Achievement #7: Go to the website I provided (1), then select any of your image that you have downloaded, I suggest 2000 on all just in case. Then you add it to your list of crosshairs. Launch or play any game with the bindings set to the highest image size you can and the achievement should pop up.

Halloween

Achievement #8: Specifically at the 31st of October, thankfully this does not have a specific year so wait for the exact day.

For a low effort guide and a simple software, this crosshair software really comes in handy and useful especially when you use it on games that do not have crosshairs or aimed to be realistic. I used this on Left 4 Dead 2 as the default does not look pleasing with mods enabled but the software has offered what it is.
