Ahh I didn't know you could categorize it in-game! It was either the Elevator music addon or this Cry of Fear Ambience addon. Tysm for you help

basically any addon that falls under the scripts category when you nagivate your addon's list in-game. if you can't find a certain addon you are sure you've downloaded, try searching the games files under ...\ Program Files (x86)\ Steam\ steamapps\ common\ Left 4 Dead 2\ left4dead2\ addons\ workshop and try to group the file by "date of modification" by right clicking inside of the file.

only use the second option if any addons don't seem to appear in the game addon list, this can sometime happen because of a slight oversight of the addon author if he forgets to put the "addoninfo.txt" file in their vpk files

@fear that's odd, can you check if you have any addons that alter the game's sound scripts in any other way? because my addon only replaces the audio files, it doesn't alter any kind of scripts.

But when the npcs walk on concrete, it sounds like its supposed to
