There is a problem with asphalt not spawing on entrance to garage instead spawn like ruined texture ! :steamfacepalm:

These are probably the best-looking houses on the workshop. Totally subjective, but still. Thank you for making these, I always love seeing them when they pop up in my city :D

missing assets :(

As previously mentioned by a comment below, the driveway was also flickering for me, although I did unsub, I ultimately just decided not to go for this particular residential style. Regardless, thank you for the work you've done.

Was looking forward to this but they don't show. I see them in the "Assets" section and ave them all enabled. When I search assets for "PBS" nothing shows up.. In 'Unique Buidings' searching "Palm" only shows "Palm Beach House #1".

I even tried making it a style pack to use assign in district. In there they show as missing.

Any ideas?
