Download the Re-Vamped DLL from the following link:

https://classicrebirth.com/index.php/download/re-vamped-dll/

Place the DLL in the game's main directory (where the .exe file is) and you can start playing.

In case you experience crashes while playing check the guide bellow on how to set CPU Affinity to 1.

Setting CPU affinity to 1
In case you experience crashes set CPU affinity to 1.
-While in game press Ctrl + Shift + Esc
-Go to details
-Select bo2.exe and right click it
-Select set affinity and make sure only 1 CPU is ticked.

Put 4 cpu and it will work fine.

This worked wonders. Fixed the menu lag problem, and my controller works now. Also kept it from trying to output thousands of frames a second which I'd imagine will help with the freezing/crashing. Thank you!!!

hello i just downloaded the game and it keeps on hanging i need to do the alt tab for it to push through how can i resolved this issue thank you

The whisper never had any effect on pc.
