Size: 21x18
This "prison dungeon" themed basement tavern would be your generic tourist trap, i reckon. 😉
But even the latter doesn't have to be an uncozy place. Lots of fireplaces and the representative remnants of the former resident brewery are thoroughly arranged. Several alcoves provide a bit of privacy.

I'm not sure if i get u right... But i used the "irregular stone" walls (place walls>stone) for the lower level. The bold masonry on the outer ring (2nd level) are the "stone platforms". (objects>structural>stone construction)
The large arches on the inside are technically doors called "gate". (place doors>arches)
