Treacherous Trait Fix for Tomb King Heros

This is a simple fix for a Tomb King's bug where any Hero with the Treacherous Trait was not applying the +5MA/MD to Tomb Scorpion's correctly while in the Lord's Army. This was identified way back when Rise of the Tomb Kings was first released in Warhammer II which unfortunately, has been ported into Warhammer III.

Note: This is a small change to two lines in the Pack Files and should not effect any other mod unless it also edits the Tomb Scorpion's data.pack in character_skill_level_to_effects_junctions_tables. This mod should work even if outdated.
