Source Vehicle Mobility Enhancer

Описание
this is a sorta quick and dirty addon to help assist source vehicles (prop_vehicle_jeep) climb hills from a dead stop. it may not be perfect but after driving in circles in singleplayer around rockford it seemed to work pretty well, not sure how it will perform on servers.

I did everything I can to make sure it's not overpowered, at least 2 wheels must be touching the ground and it will only activate around slow speeds and the boost scales with the angle of your incline, capped at 30 degrees. let me know below if it needs some more balancing (link the car and map you're testing on)
