Mafe tweaks for the Enchanter

Credits to McFrugal for the original multi-enchant skill idea that inspired this mod and Eldiran for providing the formulas to make it work!

This mod reworks the kit of the Enchanter. Main feature is that Enchants are now all stored into a single skill that applies Enchants depending on a hold keybind. The rest of the skills may be familiar for you, they come from the older Enchanters from Voidspire and Alvora! But updated for the new game :p and lightly tweaked. You can see the new skillset on the screenshots above.
