I don t know if it was already stated in the comments, but for the last weapon combo you need the red one, not the green one in the picture.

a month ago I was grinding the last 3% of the achievements and had to learn a bit of chinese on a span of 3 weeks to get it.
I was thinking of making another post with the missing images, I'm glad you care enough to review yours.

After I unlocked difficulty 6 I was able to rob the well.

Thanks for posting. Does anyone have any context on the well achievements? Rob wishing well and defeat person in well and absorb soul? I've defeated the boss after donating 3 times but haven't received this achievement.

Can do xian and demonic traits together? Like lifespanless and thunder chi?
