About the Achievements
Most of the achievements are easy to get during the first gameplay (there is no high difficulty achievement), you just need to explore everything and you already get the main ones, the only difficulty will be to find all the secrets in which you can use this guide:

Skill Achievements
These achievements will be unlocked after maxing them all on each tree (the path you choose when using the catalyst), in total there are 35,000 blue crystals you need.
YOU CANNOT REFUND ON A FULL TREE AND THEN USE IT ON THE OTHER TREE, OTHERWISE THE LAST ACHIEVEMENT "A FOREGONE CONCLUSION" WILL NOT UNLOCK, YOU WILL HAVE TO MAXIMIZE ON BOTH TREES IN THE SAME SAVEGAME. YOU CAN FARM IN MISSION 8 WITHIN THE EXPEDITION (INFINITE FIREGUN AMMO)

Acquire all Skill Upgrades


For this achievement, you need to get all the skills hidden in the secret locations and you will also need to play the New Game+ mode (unlocked by completing the game for the first time), below is where the skills are in New Game+, it's not hard to find them. las is in the main path of the campaign:

Dash - Shrine, waypoint 2 - just above the waypoint
Regen - Cemetry, waypoint 1 - above the first switch
Nova - Cemetry, waypoint 2 - halfway to the bridge over the lake
Overdrive - Mausoleum, waypoint 2 - just right of the waypoint
Barrier - Mausoleum, waypoint 3 - just right of the waypoint
Raze - Caverns, waypoint 2 - just left of the waypoint
Bastion - Caverns, waypoint 3 - backtrack down and left to a large rectangluar room
Achievement "A Foregone Conclusion"
Complete all Achievements



This achievement is unlocked after getting all the achievements in the game, it is an achievement that has some problems, YOU HAVE TO DO ALL THE ACHIEVEMENTS IN THE SAME SAVEGAME (YOU CAN'T CHANGE THE SAVEGAME)
Mainly you will have to do what is described at the beginning of the guide

Got my 100%, thank to this guide!

The point is to have all achievements, endings and fully upgraded skill trees in the same savefile

I'm also recovering foregone and the only achievement to unlock is "A Foregone Conclusion" if any of you can pass me a save file to finally get to 100% it makes me a great pleasure

I got the achievement it was not a different savegame thing.
After reading some stuff about saving the game properly i tried redoing old achievements,when i did Bastion achievement again i got the A Foregone Conclusion achiv.
I think first time when i got the Bastion achiv i left the game too fast and it didnt properly save..

this problem exists since launch, I don't think they can do anything, not even fix this "bug" (maybe it's on purpose)

My opinion is: Find someone else who played Foregone (you can find in the game reviews which one is better, usually who has more than 15 hours of gameplay), enter their profile and see what game achievements they are missing (the less achievements missing the better obviously), add her and if she accepts, ask the DM if she can send you the Foregone savegame (explain the reason for her to understand), the game savegame is at: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Big Blue Bubble Inc\Foregone \game\ (when placing another savegame, you will have to turn off the internet or put steam in offline mode, in case there is a conflict with the cloud).

the best and fastest solution you have is for you to get a savegame from someone else who hasn't done the "acquire all the achievements" achievement and hasn't got the main skills in New game +, (practically you have to do all the achievements that are missing from the savegame you took). For example, if the savegame you got is only missing the "find all secrets" achievement, you will only need to locate all the secrets of that savegame and it will unlock both achievements, do you understand?
