Slow Motion Kill Feedback

描述
簡單的慢動作擊殺反饋
擊殺NPC後慢動作特效

和其他控製時間的插件有沖突，不能同時啟用

指令:

smkfb_enable (默認 1) - 啟用特效

smkfb_trasin (默認 0.2) - 特效完全切入時間

smkfb_trasout (默認 0.7) - 特效完全消失時間

smkfb_mintimescale (默認 0.4) - 最低時間大小

smkfb_transreputa (默認 10) - 計時器重復次數 (數值越高，時間變化越舒緩，但特效出現時會用占用更多CPU)

Is there a command where it controls how frequently it happens, like for example it goes into slow motion for 1/5 kills I do instead of doing it %100 of the time?

creepersammyb all addons mess with arc9 because all of them change host_timescale or for arc9
some client_timescale command
