Industrial Elevator _ FIXED

IT REQUIRES THE ORIGINAL MOD (Industrial Elevator), THIS IS ONLY A SMALL FIX

This mod fixes the error caused by a bad copypaste in the .vehicle file.
Now the directional red arrows appear properly when using the tram and the error in the log it's gone.

If you know about other issues the original mod has, I'll try to fix them too.
